I didn’t count on doing any nightwalking while I was in the USA in January, as I wasn’t sure how well I’d handle the cold. Seattle in January is the coldest cold I’ve experienced to date, and I am learning some interesting things about not dying of cold keeping warm. But I finally got to meet Mark Olwick, who brought me for a much needed cup of hot chocolate, and a most companionable amble around the city, in its foggy, fairy-lit beauty. We ended our walk at the Seattle Central Library, which is a visual treasure trove (among its many other virtues).
Thank you Mark for walking with me.
What a brilliant public space! Love the perspective you’ve got in these shots.
Cheers JP!
It was entirely my pleasure, Charlene. Great shots!
:)
Very cool, very interesting library and some great captures. Gotta love the hooded amigo in no. 2, cold much? :)
Hooded amigo, hehehe. Yes, cold! not Nordic cold, but close enough for the warm blooded.
I LOVE the perspective in no. 3. Makes me almost go cross-eyed (in a good way!)
hehehe, good crossed eyed. Thanks Cathy :)
damn, that’s one cool Library, liking the 3 & 4 shot. Hope you have all the fingers and toes after cold Seattle nightwalking :-)
Got ’em all Radek. Now discovered wool. excited to no end that I can remain warm in the cold ;)
