Ok, I know I mentioned it in the last post, but I really need to make a big deal out of this because it’s awesome.
Well, maybe “awesome” isn’t quite the word for it. But it’s weird. And quirky. And if you haven’t watched it, you really should. Not because you’re going to love it. It may well not be your cup of tea, but you might have a laugh. And the intro is pretty cool. As is the outro. And after being in both the X-E3 promo video and this one, this is the last time I’m going to appear in front of the camera ever…. or if not ever, for many many many years to come. What’s the point of being a photographer if you can’t stay behind the camera? Am I right?
Anyways people, if you haven’t watched it, hit that play button above, or do it directly on YouTube here: https://youtu.be/rXGZaq4vMMA
There’s a making-of story coming in a few days. Stay tuned.
Fun video (I don’t dig that background music, but that’s me.) I’ve been shooting a lot of concerts here in New Jersey with the X100T and I can always see the other photographers, the ones with the big DSLRs and telephoto lens) looking side-long at me. At some point they come over and say something like “So…which is that?” It’s really been meeting my needs, though, and the B&W files I get from it are a beautiful.
Thanks for pointing to this video!
Yep, that little X100 has given a lot of photographers pause. I’ve heard of so many non-Fuji shooters who are committed to Canon or Nikon or some other system that have one of the X100s, because it’s so handy.
Thanks for dropping by and watching, Mark! The music wasn’t ideal, but it was what we had to work with for this one.
