I was going to write about a spectacular Copenhagen winter scene that I came across the other day, but it’ll have to wait.
Namely because three of my favourite things converged this morning:
I want to say it doesn’t get any better than this, but it hasn’t even been a fortnight, so let’s see what else the frigid north brings.
And I do also realize that March 1, when I wrote Chapter 1, is officially spring. But there was really no indication of this, given the wild weather happening in this corner of the world.
(Phone pictures. Camera pictures another day)
Very nicely rendered. The framing and tonal range are both treated well. Hope you’ll share the camera photographs once you have them.
Phil, I’m constantly amazed at what my phone can do (considering I’ve always used cheap phones). Camera pictures will come presently!
Welcome to the frigid north, Charlene; from this and your previous post, you are making the most of it.
I was thinking about your photograph of Flemming (Germany to Denmark, Day 57 of 100, 12th April 2017) earlier today. It’s one of my favourite photographs, ever, (and I’ve seen a lot of photographs).
I’m stoked to hear it Mike. Flemming makes for a very good model. He’s always obliging!
I’m loving the frozen north so far. Having a cosy, warm space to retire to, helps, I have to say.
